Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If however, on the rare occasion you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them, unworn within 28 days and we will refund your money.

Please note that due to hygiene considerations all earrings are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with security stickers (where applicable) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As the buyer, you are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. We recommend that you send your item to be returned with proof of posting and or signed for on delivery.

To begin your return please email us at and provide your name, order number and reason for the return. We will then contact you and begin the returns process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and monies returned to the original payment method used.
